Description
Game Concept.

City of Atlantis is an isometric city-building survival game set in the mythical Land of Atlantis. According to legend, Atlantis was a civilization far ahead of its time in science, military power, and economic prosperity. However, one day, it mysteriously vanished beneath the waves. Now, centuries later, the city resurfaces from the depths of the ocean.

My Contribution.

My primary objective was to develop a building system that enabled city expansion in a unique circular layout. Following the prototyping phases, I also recorded and produced the gameplay trailer to showcase the project.

Outcome.

The mechanics I developed for the trailer include:

  • A city expansion system built using object-oriented programming, allowing for seamless growth in a circular layout.
  • Implementation of diverse building types to enhance functionality and visual variety.
